Basal Drench Process

Basal Drench Application is a targeted Plant Health Care treatment applied to the root flare and lower trunk of the tree, allowing systemic materials to be absorbed directly through the bark and into the vascular system. This method is effective for delivering treatments that support protection against certain fungal pathogens, insect pests, and environmental stress factors.

By applying the solution at the base of the tree, the active ingredients are able to move upward through the xylem, supporting internal distribution throughout the canopy. Basal applications are commonly used as part of preventative care programs or when trees are experiencing decline related to stress, pest pressure, or disease susceptibility.

Our science-based approach focuses on improving tree resilience, supporting natural defense responses (CODIT), and promoting long-term health, longevity, and structural stability.
